Yesterday, I reopened a registration site that had closed on Monday and set the new closing date for next Monday. It was opened to allow three more people to register.
The site is private, so I added those three people onto the invitation list. However, every time they tried to register, the site said "registration not available."
I checked the following things:
- Made sure they were using the email I entered on the list to register.
- Made sure there were no limits set on the registration type or the admission item
I even sent them an invitation through the site so they weren't using the weblink, but it still shut them down. I finally made the site public in a last-ditch effort and then, it finally allowed them to register.
So can anyone tell me what I missed that was keeping them from registering while the site was private?
