I am trying to run a full report from our event with the answers to all questions asked. When I go into the fields tab, not all of the questions asked in registration are listed.

Make sure you have something in the Question Code field and also the Reporting field for each question. When you click on the question in the Registration Process and the options show up on the right-hand side, you can scroll down and see those fields. Of course, I am only working with choice questions.

    Hi Hannah,

You can pull the report named "Registrant Details" under report as that pulls all the questions added to the designer. Go to Report>Search for Registrant Details>Run>Data>Change report data>Fields>Click on category>Select the category as "General Registration Question".

Hi Megan - I was having the same issue trying to run a full report with all the fields in the registration page included in the report.  Your instructions were very helpful.

So now I have 2 questions.....
Is there a way to save this report so I can run it every day to see who else has registered? Without going through all the field selections each time?
Is there a way to set up what order the answers show up on the exported Excel spreadsheet?  I'm assuming to get an updated report each time I have to re-run the and export the report, right?  So is there a way to set up the saved report before I either run it or export it so that the fields show up in a certain order every time?

    Hi Kathy,

Here are a couple of Knowledge Base article links to help with your questions.

To save a report, view https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/Running-an-Event-Report. Step 4 will walk you through how to save a report.

To schedule a snapshot of your report, view https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/Scheduling-Snapshots-of-Your-Reports. Step 3 will walk you through how to schedule a snapshot.

After you run the report - at the top right of the data columns there are 3 blue dots - click on them and then on "Edit" and to the right will pop up all your fields that you can re-order by dragging each field to where you want it. Make sure you click "Update" at the bottom after you are done. You will see the re-ordered fields and you can then download to an excel or csv file. I hope this helps. You can also re-order the individual columns  - like Last Name, for example, by clicking on the arrows at the top of that column. (This information was provided by Jayne Ferro in a different post. Wanted to make sure she receives credit here as well.)
