Does CVENT have a sandbox to test features in?

I don't believe so, we usually just create fake events/clone existing events and try testing features and adding within there to see what works and doesnt.

Yes! Ask your account manager :)

Yes, we use a sandbox for our account for big updates.  However, sometimes having a test event that you can test the item in is easier because your sandbox is not up to date with any process updates unless you update in both environments.

We have a sandbox event to test our included features. When we add features, Cvent can turn them on for you to test in your sandbox event. If you are setting up an integration i.e. Salesforce, you'll be able to have a sandbox feature for that before connecting to your integrated platform.

We've used a sandbox only when testing new features (like when Flex was launched). Otherwise, we just create a test event and play around in there. Good luck!

I prefer testing in a dummy event.  Because you can clone events, it really lets you see what work/doesn't the same way you would see it in an event.  Then you can clone the event you tested if everything works well.
