correct, no spot opened up and folks have just been adding themselves to the waitlist. I did contact our Cvent rep and she indicated that the issue occurred due to the recent outage on July 22 - it is supposed to resolve itself but so far, as of this morning - July 28, it still is not resolved. At this point I am assuming we will just deal with this on site and allow folks from the waiting list to fill cancelled spots.

Since the person cancelled, a spot should have opened up for the session. Has someone not been able to register for the session? If you are having trouble, I would recommend calling into our Customer Care Team at 866-318-4357, Option 1 and they can help walk you through this.

I have set up some of my sessions with a capacity and a wait list. However one of the attendees cancelled last week - and while their registration shows at cancelled it is still being counted towards the current capacity. Is this a bug? Why wouldn't a spot open up automatically when someone cancels? Do I need to manually add another spot to the capacity?
