Thanks for the info. Fortunately, all sessions are optional and no fees are charged for this client.
Take care, Julian

I will also note that, while it's easy to swap sessions in AttendeeHub for the registrant, if you're going to be manually switching people on the back end, it's not as simple if selection is required or if the session has a fee. There isn't a swap feature. You have to basically go to the session group settings, turn off that it's required, make the switch, and remember to turn the required button back on. For ones with fees, it's even more complicated. Just want you to be aware of that, because it's a frustration for our team here.

Hi Julian,
The Event App and Attendee Website recognize and enforce the rules of session groups that you've created in your registration event: Registering for Sessions on the Attendee Hub
- Session Groups. If an attendee is already registered for a session that's part of a session group and tries to add another session in the same group, they will be notified that there's a conflict, and can choose to switch sessions within the group. If the session group is required and the attendee tries to remove a session, they will see a list of the other sessions in the group with the option to switch sessions.
The attendee hub does not display the sessions in the same session group format/look and feel that the registration process does, but it does respect the session group rules.
I would also definitely recommend taking advantage of things like session category, filters, session tags, etc. for your sessions to make it easier for attendees to navigate through the session list in attendee hub and select their sessions.

Are session groups available in the Attendee Hub?
We have client where format has 40+ sessions to select from on the hour from 8am to 5pm for two days.
If not available, any suggestions? Currently sessions in AH appear by day and time, which you can imagine is a rather lengthy list to scroll.
Thanks,
