    - Job Title: Registration Manager

    - Event Description: Internal Training program

    - Event Dates: Fall 2021

    - Phase of Event Planning: Post-Event

    - Type of Event: Conference

    - What Worked for You:
    1. I cannot praise internal fields enough. They save my life every day for personalized email communication and historical reporting.
    2. Always have multiple people review and test your website/emails prior to launching. I have found spell check is lacking in the new Flex building tool.

    - What to Avoid:
    1. ALWAYS INCLUDE THE TIMEZONE! I can't tell you how many times I have seen events (especially virtual events) where the time zones are not listed or listed incorrectly. This will not apply in 2023 but in the United States: ST = Standard Time which falls from Fall - Winter AND DT =  Daylight Time which falls from Spring - Summer. While this might not seem like a big deal, it is for those US States who do not observe daylight savings.
    2. Make sure your session and track titles are clear and detailed as a registrant can easily feel overwhelmed by a lot of options.

Hi @Katie Dreifus, I can definitely relate, time zone IS a big deal. I've missed virtual events because the time zone wasn't clearly indicated. Thanks for sharing!
