  • 1.  Showing "Registered" or "Not Registered" on a My Agenda widget

    Posted 03-21-2024 11:49

I have a client who is looking to send an email to registrants showing the full agenda and if they are "registered" or "not registered" for different sessions.  Is there a way to do this?

    Thank you!

You can insert the "My Agenda" in the email to populate the sessions a person is registered for.

    Hi Sarah,

    Hope you are well!

Unfortunately, there is no direct data tag that will show the full agenda and if the invitees are  "registered" or "not registered" for different sessions. However, there is an alternative that you can use instead :

If you have created an Agenda page in your website, you can create a weblink for the same under Marketing > weblinks and within the email, you can add a text or button for the invitees to access the full agenda and hyperlink that text or the button with the agenda page weblink.

And to display the sessions the invitees are registered for, you can either use {[C-MY AGENDA]} data tag or you can add the 'Registration Information' widget and display the sessions the invitee is registered for.

I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.
