    I am testing my website, and as I send the invitation to register, the welcome letter that is part of the event email, is not appearing on the cover of the email invitation.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi Tarolyn,

    Is the "welcome letter" you mention an image or link that is inserted into your invitation email in the event? And what exactly do you mean by the "cover" of the email invitation? Do you mean the body of the email once opened?
