    Welcome to the Cvent Community! It's time to kickstart the next edition of the Tip of the Week discussion!  Webinars are an essential part of every marketer's toolkit. Cvent Webinar makes it easy for you to create stunning, professional-grade webinars that engage your audience, generate leads, and make your brand shine. 

    New to Webinar? Use these tips to get started and launch your event 

    • Create and set up your webinar.

    Get started by creating your webinar. You'll enter the basic details, choose a theme, and decide what information you want to collect from attendees when they register.

    • Configure your presentation.

    Set up your presentation by selecting a video type and adding the presentation details.

    • Manage team members. 

    Next add hosts, speakers, and moderators to help run the presentation.

    • Add engagement features

    Incorporate engagement features, such as Q&A, polling, and chat, into your presentation.

    • Share instructions with your moderators.

    Before your webinar, share the instructions for moderating Q&A, polling, and chat with your moderators as applicable. 

    • Host your webinar.

    Now you're all set to host your presentation for attendees.  

    • Review the feedback.

    Review your survey responses and determine how to best implement the attendee feedback into your next webinar.

    •  Have you used Cvent Webinar? Not me personally. I know people in our company have and i've helped set up the sites but thats all.
    • Share your best tip or hack on the ease of use and user interface of the webinar platform? When designing keep it simple! Avoid text on images because of resizing and other things it's easier to use the text functionality within the site and leave graphics plain of copy.

      • I have not gotten to use Cvent Webinar yet, but I absolutely love how it looks and I hope to have an opportunity in the future!

    •  Have you used Cvent Webinar?
      • I have not had the opportunity to use it personally but I have seen it being used. 
    • Share your best tip or hack on the ease of use and user interface of the webinar platform? 
      • I'd say that by using the helpful tips and hacks and watching one of my colleagues use the platform it looks pretty easy to use. Weather you're experienced or not. Cvent has plenty of tools to help along the way.

    • Have you used Cvent Webinar?
      • Yes! We started using Webinar in 2020 when all in-person events were shut down, and we've never looked back. While we are definitely getting back out there and holding in-person events again, webinars are now a standard for us.
    • Share your best tip or hack on the ease of use and user interface of the webinar platform? 
      • We really like creating registration reports that are viewable in the Portal so that our sales team can look at the registration list whenever they want instead of always asking us how many have registered or "has so-and-so registered?". :D

     Have you used Cvent Webinar? No, I haven't had the opportunity yet! We don't really leverage content in this way in my current job - any capture that happens at a live event is usually made public on YouTube :)
