Hi everyone! We hope everyone had a great summer and your week is off to a great start. Let's kick this Monday off with our Huddle of the Week post!

As meetings continue to transition to in-person, we want to make sure you are ready. We have one more chance for you to join us in person at a Customer Success Group this quarter! Last month we had a great time visiting Tampa and Dallas, and this week we'll be in San Diego and Denver! If you're in these areas, come enjoy an afternoon full of great content, networking, and a happy hour! We'll also have chances for you to get hands on with onsite technology. If you're getting ready to take your events back in person and want to dive deeper into what to keep in mind for onsite, this is for you!

Be ready for the transition back to in person. Let's get the conversation started as we get ready to meet this week! Let us know your thoughts to the following questions below!

    1. How are you preparing to make your onsite events successful this year?
    2. What topics would you like to see in future Customer Success Groups?

If you'd like to come join us in San Diego and Denver this week and haven't registered yet, make sure you do right here. And keep an eye out for next quarter's topic and registration information, coming soon!

Very excited for the increase in in person meetings throughout the Summer and into the Fall!
    1. How are you preparing to make your onsite events successful this year?- Although there are no social distancing requirements in effect, we are taking into account that not everyone wants to be in as close proximity as pre-covid.  We are getting diagrams and room sets to clients with that in mind.  - We offer outdoor space as available for events that would like that option.- We have menu options that include attendants to serve the buffet if that is a concern.
    2. What topics would you like to see in future Customer Success Groups?- I would love to hear more about how people view setup requirements now that we are past the social distancing.  - Learn more about office work from home policies and how it will affect meetings and the space they rent for their offices.- Fun and affordable F&B options.

How are you preparing to make your onsite events successful this year?
We are carrying over many of the Covid best practices when it comes to reducing exposure especially with food & beverage and seating.  We are also sticking with offering some portion of the program as virtual for those folks that still do not want to or cannot travel to be in person.

What topics would you like to see in future Customer Success Groups?
How to use the meetings management side of Cvent for planning with real work examples of those that are using it.

We are ensuring health and safety protocols are in place to start to reassure attendees that we are taking necessary precautions. We're also providing lots of networking opportunities, developing engaging topics, and looking for good entertainment options to make the event fun.

    1. How are you preparing to make your onsite events successful this year? Our events have to be bigger and better! Everyone needs the "carrot" to justify business travel and event costs.
    2. What topics would you like to see in future Customer Success Groups? I would like to see more opportunities for planners to network and learn from each other. How are we utilizing Cvents systems and processes and providing best practices to others?

    • How are you preparing to make your onsite events successful this year?
      • We are purchasing Event in a Box, as many of our events are smaller. We are also using our MRF more robustly to ensure we're spending time and resources on the right events.
    • What topics would you like to see in future Customer Success Groups?
      • Sometimes basics are best. There are parts of Cvent that I've never used, but I'm seasoned in other areas. I would also like to to understand more options on how to use surveys better and how to report on them better.
