Is it possible to have two registration processes on your website? For example, a pre-registration once the website goes live and then the official Live Registration with more questions for attendees down the road?

Sounds like it's still one registration. Attendees can go back and add sessions or answer questions.
Honestly, I have a hard time getting people to go back and answer questions after the fact.

Hi Paulette! Did you ever find a solution for this? We have been trying to accomplish something similar but have not found a work around yet.

    Hey Paulette,

What you are looking for really isn't easy.... Because like a couple people have said below, it's getting people to go back in to finish up all the questions later. However, it is possible. The way I would do it:

On your Summary page, have a link to register with your "Pre-Registration". Make it SUPER simple so it only takes them a few mins to register. Make sure that anyone that registers for this pre-registration is added to your invite list.

Second, create a second registration path (This can be created at ANY Time, well in advance if needed). Include all the information you need, sessions, paid sessions, etc.). Publish this page, but make it only available via link. Make this registration restricted to only those on the invite list that you created for the pre-registration above.

Now, once you are ready to release the full registration, just use the invitation list you created above and have it link directly to the full registration you created. Now, only those who pre-register will have access to register AND you can track who actually did the full registration by using that invitation list. Then you can follow up with those that haven't and hound them until they do ;-)

If you use a single registration path, it would be harder to know who has gone back and filled in all the additional questions.

This is just my take on it and I am sure there are many other ways to do it!
