Hi Lindsey,
The good news is this is exactly what anchor links were designed for - to jump to different sections within a page. The bad news? Yeah, you have to figure out WHICH image or text box on the page is the one you want to jump to. That "Link Widget" list is every element you have on a page from top to bottom (not including the header, footer, or any other anchor link), so you have to count the actual widgets on the page to figure out which one is the one you need to link to.
I recently put this in the Product Idea section because I just had to deal with this issue, too!

Subject: Using Anchor Links
Can I use Anchor Links to link to a section(s) on the same page? For context, we are building a site for an 18 day cruise. For two of our pages, they are Australia and New Zealand and we have A LOT of content. We want attendees to be able to click on the city of interest at the top of the page, and have that link take them to where they want to go on that same page.
Photo shows what I see when I attempt to place an Anchor Link. Under Link Widget, It only gives me a bunch of text numbers or a couple image numbers. So this is where I get stumped.
Thank you,
Lindsey
