    Webinars have become a vital part of events and are here to stay. Have you ever wondered if you are executing them to the best of your ability? Creating webinars is a difficult task. Some of the common mistakes with creating webinars are information misaligned with registrants' pain points, webinars are too long and boring, misplaced call-to-actions, and lack of promotion strategy.

    We have near daily webinars but we're a giant company so it's not always targeting the same people.

    I'd love to see hands on designing webinars. You have all those 'samples'  in the visual showcase, would love a step by step walk through on designing some of those in the system

    I think that would be super beneficial. Specifically if done by app, events, etc. There were a lot of situations with crowd compass that came up, that we could have used to bench mark or heard best practices from another event team!

    @Vicki Clancy What kind of best practices are you looking for? Is there a specific product or topic area you'd like more help with? I'd love to learn more to bring this feedback back to my team! Also, we have a product update webinar that we hold quarterly. Our product management team shares recent releases and demos some of the features. There's also a live Q&A at the end. We'd love to have you join our next one -- aiming for mid-late January! ​

    • How often do you create webinars? - We don't create them often, but when we do they are large and fully-produced events that are well-planned toward the audience and their needs.
    • What topics would you like to see covered in Cvent webinars? - More webinars related to "best practices," but more as a whole, not necessarily directly related to Cvent's software or capabilities.

    • What topics would you like to see covered in Cvent webinars? It would be nice to look at the integrations of webinars, for those of us who don't use attendee hub. Best practices in integrations is something that is lacking.

    We hold webinars at least monthly. I am interested in hearing more about successful promotion to increase audience size. Another area of interest to me is how to attract sponsors to webinars which can be a bit more difficult compared to getting sponsors for in person events.
