We hope you're ready! This week is FULL of updates from #Event(Flex)#MeetingsManagement#CventSupplierNetwork, and #EventDiagramming.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Registration

    Image Editor

You will now be able to edit images in the site designer without having to adjust, resize, or crop and then re-add. Images will be able to be saved as a new version rather than overwriting the other versions of the image.

    Minor enhancements to Cookie Banner

We removed the option to "X" out of the cookie banner. The button colors for Accept all essential cookies now match the Accept all Cookies button colors. We updated existing cookie banner default text.

When we are only notifying visitors that the event website is using cookies "Notify visitors that the event website uses cookies", the new text reads:

"By clicking "Accept", you agree to our use of cookies to provide you with a great browsing experience, enhance performance, optimize our services, and to understand which content you value so that we can show you relevant information. For more information see"

When both the toggles are enabled "Notify visitors that the event website uses cookies" + "Allow website visitors to turn off non-essential cookies", the new text reads:

"We use different kinds of cookies on our websites, including essential (or "strictly necessary") cookies that are necessary for basic website functionality and cannot be switched off in our systems; and preferences, performance, and marketing cookies to provide you with a great browsing experience, enhance performance, optimize our services, and to understand which content you value so that we can show you relevant information. By clicking "Accept All Cookies" you allow us to use cookies for all of the purposes indicated above. By clicking "Accept Only Essential Cookies" you allow us to set only those cookies necessary for basic website functionality"

    Meetings Management

Access Portal Single Sign On Enhancement: New Email for SSO Users

We have a new standard Access Portal email called "SSO Portal Access." This email will be automatically sent when Access Portal users are created to login with SSO. It can also be sent manually from the Guests tab.

The email notifies these AP users that they have been granted access to an Access Portal and contains a link to login using their Identity Provider. This standard Access Portal email will only appear for Access Portals that have SSO set up and active providers.

Meeting Package Special Requests in Instant Book

If you use Simple meeting through Access Portals, you can now provide additional comments for special requests for your meeting room bookings.

    Meetings Management

New Request for Proposal (RFP) Send Process for the New Venue Experience

You now have the ability to save an RFP as a draft. Instead of immediately sending it, you can now save down your RFP edits and venues. This will leave the venues in "not sent" status.

When you are ready to send your complete RFP, you will be dropped into a new send "wizard". This wizard includes the following steps:

    1. Confirm venues
    2. Confirm contacts
    3. Confirm RFP Settings

Create, View, and Edit Custom Questions in the New Venue Experience

A new section of Custom Question is being introduced where you will be able to Create, View, and Edit Custom Questions while creating/editing any RFP in the New Venue Experience. You can also Copy and Delete any single question inside the RFP.

Default Custom Questions in the New Venue Experience

You will be able to view the default questions created inside the library in the New Venue Experience. You can also edit, copy and delete these questions inside the RFP.

Custom Questions in View Proposal in the New Venue Experience

If a venue answers the Custom Question while Creating Proposal, you will now be able to view these questions during Proposal View.

    Search Venues & Send RFP

We built out a more robust RFP Send process with Simple Meetings in Access Portals. This process will be leveraged by all New Venue Experience users regardless of RFP type, how you navigated to RFP send, or if you have previously created an RFP. The previous RFP send process will be completely replaced with this new process.

    Edit RFP & Notify Suppliers

Previously, the Simple Meetings RFP on Access Portals offers a 1 step edit and resend process, which automatically sent a notification to venues in Active status.  You should now be able to manage who is being notified of these changes rather than automatically notifying al venues.

Add Venues to RFP from Venue List Page in the New Venue Experience

We will allow you to add Venues to an existing RFP and go through the new review process before sending RFP to the venues.

    Remove Suppliers from RFP

You can now remove the supplier for the responses = Not Sent. This allows you to remove the venues that were added to the RFP if you do not want to send the RFP.

    RFP Showcase Enhancements

We have updated the RFP Showcase portion of RFP Send. The goal was to keep this functionality in line with what already exists in the New Venue Experience on the current RFP send but improve the interface to match with the Full RFP Send flow

Event Diagramming & Seating (Previously Social Tables)

Improved Experience of Adding Collaborators to an Event

We have updated the Share Modal in Home. Accessed from the pink "+" button within an event in Home, the new share modal provides an updated design scheme and clearer permission structures.
