  • 1.  Billing Statements

    Our event shows no billing statements since December 2021.  Are others having this issue?  I've contacted CVent multiple times but mostly get directions on where to find the statements on the menu.  However, there are actually no statements posted.  We us PayGo Accounting and Cvent Payment Services.  Just wondering if this is widespread.

    Thanks for posting your question. I have reached out to paygoaccounting@cvent.com to investigate why there are no invoices showing past December 2021 in your account. I will share their findings once they get back to me.

     Did you get an answer from CVENT?
    We ran our first event in August and have yet to be billed/invoiced.  I opened a case in August and asked every few weeks for the status.  In October received an email from the PayGoAccount team that the matter would be resolved by the end of the month and here it's now December and still no bill.......

    Yes they did start posting invoices. It took months of constantly following up with them.
