Our event shows no billing statements since December 2021. Are others having this issue? I've contacted CVent multiple times but mostly get directions on where to find the statements on the menu. However, there are actually no statements posted. We us PayGo Accounting and Cvent Payment Services. Just wondering if this is widespread.
