Did someone say name badges?

We've been using PCNametag for a few years now.
I like how this one came out. They are double sided 4x6 30mil.
    Below is a proof.

One of our dinners is a Caddy Shack theme, Hence the gopher. :)
Our closing dinner is an underwater theme.

Reprints and walkups will be double postcard card stock using conditional images from cvent.

Nice! Does the OnArrival premium have the capability to print on both sides of the nametag? I've seen them print really nice nametags this size in full color on plastic stock.

I don't know. The card printer that cvent uses is way out of our price range for what we do. :)
We only have one event a year that I do this for.

I sometimes use OnArrival for reprints to card stock. But usually print off the website.

@jill campbell No, for double sided we need to use a 6x4 perforated badge stock and then do a flip of the print. It'll print the name twice but so that i can be folded for 'double sided' effect. From PCNametag you'd want the UPRINT4x3DSQ paper https://www.pcnametag.com/4-x3-two-sided-fanfold-square-corners-4cp-timing-mark-stock-500-sets-stack-uprint4x3dsq4cp.html

Thanks. For past programs, I don't usually print the same thing on the front that I put on the back.

Do the gopher and seahorse get added to the nametag dynamically based on what the registrant ordered?  Can that be done?

@Carl Sandstrom Yes. I use conditional images as a backup to session check in. Our sessions are generally meals. Conditional text comes in handy too.

Very professional looking!  Do you buy the nametags on PC Nametag or do they print them for you?  We're looking for other nametag options.

How is the QR code generated and can you export that in bulk when you have the namebadges printed by the supplier?

    Armi,
The supplier (PCNameTag in this case) generates the QR code. It's just the confirmation number.
You could supply the QR codes as images, something I would not recommend as there is too much of a chance of an error.

I was searching for something and came across this post from last year.
    This year's namebadge.
