    Hello,

    Do any of you use an intake form to collect the specific information needed to build websites for your internal stakeholders? If so, would you be willing to share a copy of the questions you ask?

    Hello again, Jenny,

    The questions would be based on what platform you are using for your intake form and your event build configurations.  

    We have our Event Build Request form within our Meeting Request Form, because of the automation that is available.  It becomes visible when our Event Coordinators answers a related question.

    Hi Jenny,
    We have the same as what Loretta mentioned. Its nice since there is so much logic that helps with questions based on if its virtual, In-person, hybrid and so much more. Love that it can be tied to the same portal as the MRF.

    Hi Jenny,

    How are you doing with your project? As JoAnna mentioned, the logic and the fact that our request forms are tied to the MRF have huge benefits.

    Your event configurations impact workflow and how you set up the logic and sub-questions. For example, some of our events include flight and hotel requests in our Customer registration paths plus we also use a travel agency. If an event coordinator indicates in the Event Build Request form that there is travel offered, then a Travel Request Form opens using sub-questions and when the form is submitted, a notification is sent to our travel agency.
