Subscribe to Open Forum
Subscribing to the Open Forum is the best way to start staying up to date with the discussions that matter to you.

To get notified, go to Open Forum and select the blue ‘Join Forum’ button.

Enter the email address you’d like your notifications and digests to be sent to.

Choose how you would like to receive your Personalized Digest.

Select ‘Yes join the forum’, and you’re all set.
If you don’t see the ‘Join Forum’ button you’re either already subscribed or need to login.
To make any changes, you can:

Go to the Open Forum > Settings > Manage Notifications.

Scroll to 'Topic Notifications'

Pick real-time or personalized digest.

Get notified when new posts are created by subscribing to user groups.

Navigate to ‘My Settings’

See ‘Forum Notifications’ and ‘Topic Notifications’

From here, you can adjust any of your preferences; which discussions you’d like to include in your daily or consolidated weekly digest emails.
You can choose where and when these notifications are sent and what you’d like included in your Real Time, Daily Digest, or Consolidated Weekly Digest (Weekly is selected using the blue checkbox on the right).
Subscribe to Topics
Your personalized digest is determined by the tags listed within your ‘Stated Interests.’ Adding more interests is easy. Simply select “Add a Topic” and choose from the drop-down menu.
To subscribe to content related to certain products and topics, click on the Open Forum > Settings > Manage Notifications. Scroll to 'Topic Notifications' and select which digest you would like to receive; personalize your digest by adding your interests in the 'Stated Interests' area of your profile.
