  • 1.  Add fields to specific path to edit days after accepting

    On some events, for one specific path, attendees are booking flights on their own after accepting the invitation. But we do need their flight information so we can provide them ground transportation.

    Is it possible for these attendees ONLY to accept the invitation and later on go back in as many times as needed before a specific date to update only those fields (flight number, airline, date and time)? and send out reminder emails to that group with a link so they can open exactly to the fields they need to update?

    If yes, could we add this to an already open event too, and then send out the emails as well?

    Hi Monica,

    Yes, this walks through how to set this up and it is a registration path specific setting, so you can choose to only set it up for that one path and only for the air actual widget as you mentioned:
