  • 1.  Adding a marketing snippet for all events

    Hello Cvent users!

    I need help with adding a specific marketing snippet to all my events automatically. Is there a feature or workaround in Cvent that allows me to add a default snippet,  both for new and all existing events? Manually adding it to each event is time-consuming (we have more than 1000 events), so any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Pavel,

    Hope you are well.

    I checked about your query and unfortunately, there is no option to add the snippet in all the events automatically. You'll have to go into each event and add the snippet you want to use.

    I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas. 
     
    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.
