  • 1.  Adding Multiple Date Options for an Event

    Hi all,

    Looking to create a registration page where our customer can choose from an assortment of dates. Once they select their date, we want to be able to display optional sessions as a track. We need to limit capacity for both the date and track. Does anyone have insight how to make all this happen?

    I would like to also do this. Create an event with multiple dates and under each date have different sessions. But unfortunately I have been working with the software for 3 years now and still have not had any success in creating this type of event. I have to create about 75 events per year.

    Hi Jamie,

    Hope you are well.

    There is one set up that I can think of and you can see if that works for you :

    You can create different admission items as the dates you want to display to the invitees (however, they will be able to select only one date option out of all the options available). And create the sessions. now within the admission item, limit which sessions will be available to which admission item. post this, create session bundles for the different sessions. The invitees will see the session bundles of only those sessions which will be associated to the admission item they selected.
