I have uploaded all the agenda items in cvent with correct settings. I am running into an issue where the agenda is not showing fully on my site for attendees to view. I have deleted the widget and added it back. It seems to have different results with the agenda every time. Sometimes showing more sessions other times less. What could be the issue and how do I solve it?

Only a limited number of agenda items are displayed in the web designer. Have you tried viewing the agenda in Test Mode? I ran into the same issue but found that when viewed in the actual website all items were displayed.

If the event is live, sessions depend on reg type and available sessions per admission item.

    Hi Chelsea,

    Hope you are well!

I believe you are working on the 'New Mexico Children's Law Institute' event which is the only event I found under your account 'SUEFCNM001'.

I checked this event and see that you have added an Agenda website page which is disabled for displaying. And within the registration pages, you have not added the sessions widget.

Now, these two are different widgets. The 'Agenda' widget is added under website pages where an invitee can see all the sessions available in the event before they start registering for the event. To display the sessions within the agenda widget, you have to go to the event > Agenda > Session list > click on the session's name > edit > scroll down > select "yes' for 'Display on Agenda' > save the changes. Under the 'Agenda' widget, only those sessions will display for whom this setting is selected as 'Yes'.

The 'Sessions' widget is added in the registration pages where the invitees can select which session they want to register for. Under this session, they can see all the available sessions, or only those which are restricted to their registration type or admission item. Also, any session with type as 'included' will not display under 'Sessions' widget as the invitee will be automatically be registered for that session.

Additionally, if you are viewing the sessions within the widgets under site designer in the backend, it will show a maximum of about 20 sessions as the backend view is only to see the look and feel of the sessions within the widget. The actual sessions will be viewed on the front end on the website.

And once you have made the changes to your website, make sure to always 'Publish' the changes so that they are visible on the front end.

    I hope this helps.
