We were issued a debit memo by British Airways for a ticket purchased directly by the traveler.
Normally, our air department would enter the itinerary in YK (SABRE) and the itinerary would come over from Sabre to Cvent.
Since British Airways sent a debit memo, is there a way around to enter the itinerary manually in Cvent? I recall years ago i was able to do so, but not anymore. Maybe I am missing a setting.
