  • 1.  Appointments Help - setting up for a conference

    Hi everyone! 

    looking for some help setting up Appointments. with an event that has exhibitor booths I am not sure whether to set up different appointment types per booth, would be up to 25 types, seems unnecessary. I want to be able to have sponsors book with attendees in their own booth location. or should I just create it as rooms. would alos be a lot of rooms each. thanks!

    Hi Scott,

    This article should provide you with everything you are looking for: Displaying Exhibitor Details in Appointments

    You can use one appointment type, and elect to display the booth location!

    The good news is that it's not as complicated as you fear, and you don't need to do 25 types.
