  • 1.  Attendees unable to add sessions

    I'm trying to add sessions to an open event. This error message keeps coming up when registrants are trying to add the optional sessions to their schedule. The event registration is open, modify after registration is on, session registration is open, the session is added as optional to the admission item. What else am I missing??

    Hi Laura,

    I know you said that allowing attendees to modify their registration is enabled, but can you double check that the date that you have set for them to modify until hasn't passed? (Make sure to do this for each applicable registration path if you have multiple and publish your changes.) I'd also review Registering for Sessions on the Attendee Hub for other items to check.

    I ran into this and found that while sessions were set as "open" the session groups were still turned off and had to be toggled.
