Using OnArrival Basic on multiple ipads to check in. System will sync check-in data with your Cvent account instantaneously. However, data syncs from Cvent to OnArrival every ten minutes. To speed up the process, go to your home screen and tap the ellipses (...) in the top right and tap Sync now.
Is there a way to have it sync "live" so all ipads indicate when someone has checked in, versus having to manually sync or wait 10 mins?
