  • 1.  Automatic email upon check-in

    I am looking for information on how to set up an email that will automatically be sent to an attendee when they check-in the event via OnArrival.   So John comes to the registration desk and hits print now on his badge then the system send an email to him with meeting information.   Google tells me it is possible but give no detail on how to do it. Any ideas?

    You can definitely do a text message by setting up a planner alert, but I'm not aware of how to do an email.  

    Planner Alert > Create Alert > Registration > Registrant Checked In (Attendee SMS/Text Message)
