  • 1.  Automatic Reports?

    Is there a way to create recurring reports that are automatically emailed to certain individuals? We would like to send an attendee report once or twice a week to our board members leading up to an event. I'm having trouble determining how to do this. Any advice?

    There isn't a way to send the report automatically but you can set the report up and publish it to the Access Portal.  Then give them access to the report.  They will be notified when new content is available in the report or they can pull it whenever they wish.  We host 20+ seminars a year all with different hosts & planning teams.  This is how we handle their requests for reports.
