  • 1.  Buffering issue for Attendee Hub viewers in China

    Hello!

    We have been using Cvent for some time and have been getting some feedback from staff and members in China that they are experiencing high levels of buffering when viewing live sessions on the Attendee Hub. Has anyone else come across this issue? Is yes, are there any steps we can take to increase bandwidth of the stream?

    Hope you are well!

    I understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Officially we do support Cvent products in China but because internet traffic is controlled, China's firewall restricts some sites, which might lead to some bad quality of streams or increased buffer time. Hence, Cvent products may or may not function well.
