  • 1.  Bulk Import for Drop down menu questions

    Hello Everyone, 

    I am trying to import a large amount of choices into at dropdown choice question in my survey. I see that the template that Cvent provides requires both Choice Ids and Choices columns. What is the difference between the two? Can both values be the same, or would I need to assign a number to each choice?

    Hi Kate,

    The choices column is used for the actual answer choices themselves and how you would like them to display on the front end to respondents and think of choice ID as a unique identifier for those choices/it is not respondent-facing. The values can be the same or you can choose to do some other form of identification (numbers, etc.)
