  • 1.  Can I remove access to the Attendee Hub if someone violated policy?

    Hi there,

We are setting up our event attendee hub, and I was wondering if, as part of our user policy, we can say that if someone adds a comment that is derogatory or threating, they will be removed from accessing the attendee hub, and if yes, how can that be done?

    Thank you!

    Hi Anthony,

Currently, those you have set up as moderators can delete comments made by attendees in session chats, exhibitor booths, discussions, etc. that you deem derogatory or threatening, but there is not a way to remove someone from accessing Attendee Hub currently, aside from just cancelling their registration in Cvent. If they are moved to the cancelled registration status, they would be unable to log into Attendee Hub.
