We had a person register, pay, then cancel their registration.  They were not refunded as their company was still at the event with other attendees.  When running reports, this person does not show up in the numbers because of the cancellation. I tried to re-register them, but it would not allow it since the conference has passed (something about session rules). Do you have any suggestions on how I get canceled registrations to show up in the Registration Details reports?

Hello,  the 'Invitee Details' report may be what you need.  The Status column can filter on Accepted and Cancelled.
