please let me know how to run Catering RFP only report - from the buyer side....i need to see lead time and if only catering RFP.

This sounds like the Request for Proposals (RFPs) Report.

To get to this report and other Cvent Supplier Network Planner Reports, click the icon in the top-right corner of your account. Then select Suppliers from the dropdown. From the top navigation, click Reports tab.

Here's a few knowledge base articles that may help you with customizing a CSN Planner Report to fit your needs. Once you have it set up, make sure your click Save As to create it as a Saved Report.
