Has any had any success creating a game in Attendee Hub similar to the Click game in Crowd Compass?  We had used this as a scavenger hunts in the past, and need to explore another option now that Click no longer exists.

Hi Denise,

Hope you are well.

I got this checked by our Attendee Hub Team and they advised that in Crowd Compass, there was a click game which attendees had to purchase. Its basically a game which has some challenges under different badges and the attendees have to click pictures according to the challenge for example, a Pic with an exhibitor or a picture of a keynote speaker and these are time bound. You get point for each picture and the person with the most points wins, and tops the leaderboard. There are default challenges as well as the planner can set custom challenges.

For Attendee hub gamification, we do not have such a Game or a challenge. Challenges or actions cannot be created by the planner and are auto created. Also, they do not have to purchase this separately, its a feature that can be turned on if they are using Attendee hub as a feature for their event.

If that's true, the help article you shared incorrectly states that you can create new and modify existing challenges, at least until the game is live. ​

I'm thinking Raashi was trying to say you can't create any new types of challenges in the current gamification that don't already exist, such as making a picture-based one like Click was.
