One other solution that you could explore is using Reference IDs. You can create links in Cvent with specific reference IDs for each one of your paid advertisements for each social media channel and then you will be able to report in Cvent on who registered for the event via which link to see which channel is the most successful.

Our team is paying for paid advertisements on social media. We want to be able to track registrants' interactions with the ads. More specifically, we want to know who completes registration by clicking on the ad. We have not been successful in doing this yet.
Right now we are using code snippets and GA4 tracking. (I'm not an expert in either of these. Just asking on behalf of the team working on these)
Any insights into what other teams have done or who have a better way to solve this issue is very much appreciated.
