You would need to manually add them each time before sending the survey. Currently we cannot automatically pull in the session attendance list for each session.

Do like the idea of a drop down for that session's attendee list. Is this something we would have to add manually each time before sending the survey, or would there be a hot button we could possibly utilise in the survey designer? Thanks for the question! To capture trainer feedback on individual participants, I would recommend setting up a trainer‑only post‑session survey with our Premium Surveys solution. If you have Cvent Surveys Premium, you can create a trainer evaluation linked to each session (include a dropdown of that session's attendee list) and share it with speakers via the Speaker Resource Center so they can submit one entry per participant. Alternatively, you could create a short per‑session form with the same fields and distribute the link only to the relevant speakers. This keeps responses tied to each participant and gives you clean, session‑level reporting.

We are a Not for Profit organisation in the UK, now using Cvent to support our virtual training sessions to support people develop their skills and improve their employment prospects and overall well being. Following a virtual session, our dedicated speakers provide feedback into us on how the participants engaged in their training and if they need additional support. We could have up to 40 individuals at any one time.
Would anyone have any suggestions on how we can collect this feedback on session participants themselves, as using a default speaker survey and criteria is defaulting to their own attendance. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
