Hi Jess,
Hope you are well!
I checked the reports and if there is a anything common between these events like event name/planner name/planning status/registration status etc, then you can add the advanced filter within the report to get the data.
For example, lets say you want the report for all the events that happened in 2025 and are in completed status, then, you can run the 'Answer Details by Invitee' Cross Event report and once the data is up, on the top right click on Data > Change Report Data > under 'Event Start Date' select 'Current Year' or select the custom date range > Scroll down and under Event Status, select 'Completed' or any other status you want to select and then add the condition for the common factor between these events and run the report.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Subject: Cross Event Report with Registration Questions
Hi all,
I'm trying to set up a cross event report that pulls registration questions into it, but I'm having trouble getting it to do what I want. Essentially, I'm looking for one of two options:
- Option A: A single cross event report that contains a specific subset of my events (which all contain identical registration questions) that will pull attendee information, including all registration questions.
- Option B: A single cross event report that contains a specific subset of my events (which each contain different registration questions) that will pull attendee information, including all registration questions (and presumably will leave a field blank if that question doesn't exist in that event).
I've tried using the Answer Details by Invitee cross event report, but this report only pulls some registration questions in the Question Text field. I also need each question to be its own column on the report without pulling it into Excel and manually manipulating the data, which I can't seem to make work with this report template.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
