Last week I logged onto CrowdCompass and was greeted with a pop-up that mentioned that CrowdCompass would be sunset 12/31/2022 in favor of Attendee Hub. I cannot get that pop-up or find any other information about that message now. Can somebody point me to it, please?

    Hi Gene,

You can find more information on the sunset here

Attendee HubTM will replace CrowdCompass over time. CrowdCompass mobile experience is currently planned to retire on or about December 31, 2022.

Attendee Hub is a customized interactive experience for your virtual, hybrid, or in-person events. With Attendee Hub, you'll have access to Attendee Website and Event App. They work together to give your attendees access to key event content and provide opportunities for them to interact with exhibitors, sponsors, and each other.

Attendee Hub creates a unified attendee experience across all devices as you no longer need to create the mobile app in a different system. It also has the ability to preview the app before publishing, collect rich attendee and digital data, and ensure platform security.

We are currently using Crowd Compass and need another solution when it is sunset. But the only solution Cvent can provide us with, is using Attendee Hub which also has an attendee app included. This is not an option for us, as we don't need the Attendee Hub at all, we only need an attendee app. Has someone else found an alternative solution to Crowd Compass that you can recommend? The benefit of using an attendee app integrated with the Cvent event management platform is really good, but the very high cost of the whole solution including the Attendee Hub is not justified.

It would be great if there was an option using only the attendee app without Attendee Hub. Anyone else who thinks this would be a great alternative?

    Kind regards
