Hi Mike, Thanks - definitely a good call out for group reg / reg on behalf of someone. We prefer using custom contact fields in CC's for 1:1 follow-ups in case of any firewall or external issues.
Agreed - internal info would be much more helpful for this because then the CCs are event specific.

Subject: Custom Contact Field Limitations
Hi Kerry, I haven't run into this issue exactly, although I have used contact fields to send additional copies - usually for the benefit of EA's who need to register an executive. Assuming you're using that functionality in a similar way, would it be possible to use the group registration or register on behalf of someone functionality within registration?
What would be really nice is if we could use internal information fields rather than custom contact fields, that way that data just lives within the event itself and doesn't overwrite anything in the Address Book.

Subject: Custom Contact Field Limitations
We have reached the 150 Custom Contact Field limit and are unable to remove any at this point. We use them for CCs on emails and collecting data that we use for cross event reports. We were told by the account team that we cannot receive any more additions to the count.
Has anyone else run into this issue? How have you resolved it? Is there another way to enable CC's on emails in Cvent without using Custom Contact Fields?
