Hi Baylee,
I hope you are well!
I checked and currently, it is not possible to display this type of custom date at account level. However, I did check with out HTML team and they advised that it is possible to achieve this at event level by using CSS and JavaScript in the event on the website pages.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Subject: Custom event date / time formatting
Hello all. My organization has very specific standards for time / date formatting, but we'd like to use something like data tags on our CVENT websites to ensure that the times we list are always up to date with the General Event Information.
For time, the AM / PM distinction should be notated in lowercase with periods, and if there is two zeros at the end of the time, that should not be included. There should also be an em dash separating the times... and there shouldn't be spaces around the em dash. See an example of this below.
8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Anyone have an idea of how to achieve this? Can I build a custom tag that might support it, or are there data formatting settings somewhere I can use?
