We have a CVENT event set up and are using PayGo for payment processing. I contacted CVENT support for this question, and they told me to email e-commerce, after 3 days, e-commerce emailed saying PayGo was copied in. I'm guessing it'll be days before I hear back, so I'm hoping you folks will have some insight.
We received our payout to our bank account, but I don't have any documentation/report indicating what that payout is for. Our accounting team needs a breakdown of what that deposit into our checking account represents. How do I get that report?
