Great question! You will need to add the email from your template into an event in order to manually send it to registered attendees. You can do this from your Event > Email > Event Emails > Create Email button > in Creation Method, select "Using an email template" then click the ellipses to select an email template > complete the rest of the email's details (audience would be Accepted Registrants in this scenario) > Finish. Once created, you can now edit the email's content/settings as needed and then send it out manually by either clicking the manual send icon to the far right of the email's name in your Event Emails list, or by clicking into the email > Send dropdown > Manually > select Attendees > Send Email button > Confirm.
