  • 1.  Emails to Vendors From Registration

    I am trying to send specific pieces of information from the registration to vendors emails.  For instance, the shirt size and badge name need to be sent to our uniform vendor.  How can I set this up?

    Hi Jessica,

    Hope you are well!

    There are two ways to go about it :

    1. If you have created shirt size and badge name as registration questions in the event, then you can create planner alert within the event > Emails > planner alerts > create alert > select category as 'Registration' and type as 'Question responded > create the alert and select the questions you want to display in the alert and within recipients, add the email address of the vendor you want to send this alert to.

    2. Another way is to create a report and publish it to Access portal and add the vendor as portal user and add them as a guest within the access portal and provide the report access to them to get the data.
