Thanks for the report info. I need to make the website live before I send out the email invite correct?

Hello Jennifer,
Yes, I can go through how to set up reports. The event reports are grouped by categories to make them easier to find, such as Attendee, Agenda Item, Email, Finance, Travel, and more.
To access them:
-
Select your event.
-
From the left-hand navigation, click Reports → Reports.
-
Expand the categories to see available templates under report templates.
Some commonly used reports include:
-
Registrant Details (Attendee category) – shows registrants, their registration info, travel details, and answers to registration questions.
-
Invitee Details – includes invitees' contact and registration info across all statuses.
-
Session Registrant Details (Agenda Item category) – lists attendees for each session, including attendance type and location.
-
Transaction Details (Finance category) – tracks payments and refunds.
-
Sent Email Details (Email category) – shows emails sent from the event and delivery details.
Once you locate the report you need, you can run it directly or customize filters to show only the specific data you want. You can save and export the report for future use.
Let me know if this helps or share with me the exact report you want so I can guide you accordingly.

Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for making the changes. I noticed that in the employee path, the first page is set to Sessions instead of the Personal Information page. Because of this, we are encountering a soft error with the Guest widget. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
To resolve this, please go to Site Designer > Employee Path, drag and drop the Personal Information page above Sessions, and then publish the changes.
Let me know if this works. Thank you!

Hello Jennifer,
The Guest Registration widget should always be placed before any widgets that involve item selection-such as Admission Items, Sessions, or Optional Add-ons-within your registration flow.
Recommended order in Site Designer:
Contact Fields – collect registrant details
Guest Registration widget – add guests
Admission Items
Sessions or other item selection widgets
Following this order ensures that guests are properly included in fee calculations and session selections, and helps prevent system errors or widget placement warnings.
Placing the Guest Registration widget after item selection may result in errors, incorrect fee assignments, or issues with adding guests correctly. If guest limits are tied to admission items, maintaining the correct widget order is especially critical to avoid registration conflicts and errors.
Let me know if this helps. Thank you!
