Event website- Attendee list - filter per admission item

    Dear All

    is there any way to list only people with a specific admission item on the list of attendees on the website?

    I only find personal contact fields or max registration type filter, but not the admission item.

    I would need people to be visible for the others, who chose only a specific admission item.

    Hi Szilvia,

    Hope you are well!

    I checked about it and unfortunately, this option is not yet available for the Attendee List widget.

    I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas. We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases. 

    There is an alternative that you can use. You can create a custom contact field and name it as Admission item and then create a file with column headers as first name, last name, email address and Admission item (custom contact field you created) and then update the details in the file and import it under Contacts > Import contacts to update the custom field value for all the registrants. 

    And then within the event, go to Website > Click on customize next to 'List of participants' > Click on the Attendee List widget > on the right panel, scroll down and click on 'Filter who appears in the list' select the criteria as the Admission item custom field you created and publish the changes.

    The drawback of this alternative is that you will have to keep importing the file to update the custom field value as and when the registrant registers for the event and will be a lot of work for you at the backend.
