I was hoping to add a link to my exhibitor management page on the registration site, but I don't see a link.  I see the data tag log in on my exhibitor welcome emails.  Can exhibitors access the portal without the welcome email?

I believe the exhibitor admin has to start with the welcome email in order to gain access and add their staff, but I'd love to know for sure as well!

Hi Kim,

Great question! You can use the link exhibitors.cvent.com if you'd like to direct exhibitors from the registration confirmation page. This will, however bring them to the login page so if it's their first time logging in then they will need to click on "Forgot your Password?" in order to create a new one. We typically recommend sending the welcome email because that will automatically direct them to the page where they create their password right off the bat.
