  • 1.  Fileupload data not being pushed to webhook

    Hi CVent Community,

    I would like to know if anyone here had an experience on placing fileupload field as of one the fields of the registration page for new participants/invitee but that fileupload data is not being pushed to a working webhook? It seems only text, choice and basic field data are being pushed but not file upload from a invitee.

    Any thoughts on how to include that data on a webhook? Otherwise feel free to comment how we can best access it programmatically.

    This link below shows an example on webhook JSON responses for invitees  but uncertain if there is a way to retrieve the file upload data

    You can either create a case or give them a call by calling 866-318-4357 (US & Canada) or 0800-1-810-555 (Germany) > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 4 for Integrations for immediate assistance.
