In Attendee Hub I have emailed some attendees the certificate, for those that have opted out of emails I've had to "Print" the certificate (in Badges), download to PDF and send it from my own email address.

Is there a way of seeing the attendee names for the certificates I've used the print function for?

Unfortunately, there currently isn't a report that pulls that contains that information. I would recommend sharing your idea in the product ideas section of the Community. Our product team reviews these for future enhancements to the product.
