    Hi All -

Posting this in the general open forum discussion - in hopes to get this upvoted.

    https://community.cvent.com/idea/scheduled-reports-automatically-email-to-other-users#ItemCommentPanel

For those who may not be aware, when you schedule a cross event report that you and others have access to, the schedule and notification is only created for you.  The rest on the distribution list, will not get a scheduled notification.  They will need to go into Cvent and schedule themselves if they want to receive on a regular cadence.

Thanks and have a great day!

    Hi Rebecca,

    Hope you are well!

That is absolutely correct! The  option to schedule a report is for the user themselves.

If any user wants to share the report with others, they can publish it to Access Portal and give the access to the report to others. By default, the Account Administrators will have access to all content and portals. To give access to other users you will have to add them as guests within the portal and then give them access to the reports.

Refer to the following articles on Access Portal for your reference :

    I hope this helps.

What is really needed is a schedule report that is automatically created and emailed rather than having to log in.

    Hi Steven,

    Hope you are well!

Currently, even if you schedule a report for yourself, which will send an email with the link, the system will still ask you to login to Cvent to access the report.

The option to simply run the report through the link without logging in is not yet available.  I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.

We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.
    I hope this helps.
