Hi Jennifer,
Hope you are well!
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to set global attributes for widgets in emails. You'll have to manually adjust the widgets in the email for each event. However, you can try creating the email using custom HTML code option under email > Build. Or, you can also create it as an email template under Admin > templates > email templates and add the email in the event directly.
I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.
We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.

Subject: Global attributes for email widgets
Is it possible to set global attributes for widgets placed in emails? For example, I use the My Agenda widget to put in confirmation emails, but I do not like the way the standard version, so I customized it. The problem is that when I add it to a different email confirmation, I have to start customizing again. The only thing I have found is to adjust the Theme, but those fields do not correlate directly with the widget, and I don't want the same-looking header as I do in the main email. So my question is, is there a way to set the attributes (styling) for widgets such as My Agenda like you can for the Table Data Tag Format so that when you add the widget, the customized format remains the same?
TIA
